Lustra Pressure Washing & Mobile Valeting – Terms & Conditions Welcome to Lustra! By using our website or booking our pressure washing and mobile valeting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. Services Provided Lustra offers pressure washing and mobile valeting services for residential and commercial properties, including driveways, patios, decks, vehicles, and more. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Booking & Scheduling Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or customer service. Confirmation will be sent once your booking is received. Location: Please provide accurate details of your service location at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: You may cancel with 48 hours’ notice at no charge. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. You can reschedule your appointment no more than 72 hours before. Pricing & Payments Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on service type and size. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the amount varies depending on the service selected. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other payment methods. Additional Charges may apply for extra services or requests. Customer Responsibilities Ensure unrestricted access to service areas and provide water or electricity as needed. Move any obstacles (cars, furniture, etc.) before the scheduled service. Liability & Damages Lustra is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by poor weather conditions or any damage at all. We take great care, but we cannot guarantee against damage to surfaces or materials. Weather Conditions Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain). We will contact you if a change is necessary. Privacy & Data We value your privacy. Your personal data will be used solely for processing your bookings and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate services if customer behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. Modifications Lustra may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
